Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Crypt Developments ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Crypt Developments provides the following services:

  • Bin Files Purchase: Pre-configured server files for RAN Online private servers
  • Rental Services: Game files and website rental for RAN Online servers (GS-based only)
  • Partnership Services: Complete server setup and management partnerships
  • Website Development: Custom website development for game servers
  • Server Management: Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support services

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Bin Files Purchase

  • Full payment required before file delivery
  • All sales are final - no refunds after delivery
  • Files are provided as-is with standard documentation

3.2 Rental Services

  • Security deposit required (₱15,000) - NOT refundable upon contract termination
  • Monthly fee (₱2,500) due on the same date each month
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • All updates are FREE during BETA period
  • Complex updates may incur additional fees after official launch

3.3 Partnership Services

  • Profit sharing terms to be agreed upon in writing
  • All partnership agreements must be documented
  • Both parties share responsibilities as outlined in the partnership agreement

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Rental Clients

  • Rental clients are responsible for all server expenses (hosting, domain, etc.)
  • Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Client must provide accurate information during registration

4.2 Bin Files Purchase Clients

  • Bin Files clients must maintain server security and backups
  • Bin Files clients must not use services for illegal activities
  • Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Client must provide accurate information during registration

5. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for downtime due to client-side issues or third-party services

6. Intellectual Property

  • All provided files, code, and materials remain the property of Crypt Developments
  • Clients receive a license to use the files for their server only
  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited
  • Website templates and designs are licensed for single-server use

7. Updates and Support

  • Basic/minor updates are provided FREE for rental and partnership clients
  • Complex updates may require additional payment (rental clients after official launch)
  • Support is provided during business hours (Philippines timezone)
  • Response time may vary based on request complexity

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Reselling or redistributing purchased files
  • Reverse engineering or modifying core server files
  • Using services for illegal activities or fraud
  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or damage our systems
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Using services to compete directly with Crypt Developments

9. Termination

9.1 By Client

  • Rental clients may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • No refunds - Security deposit and all payments are non-refundable
  • All outstanding fees must be paid before termination

9.2 By Crypt Developments

  • We may terminate services immediately for violation of these terms
  • Non-payment for 30+ days may result in termination
  • Illegal activities will result in immediate termination and possible legal action

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Crypt Developments is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to client-side errors
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
  • We do not guarantee server performance or player count

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific server performance metrics
  • Compatibility with all third-party software or services
  • Results from using our services

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
